Help with a swap or payment

Include your account email, a short description and the swap/job ID or payment reference if available. Tell us what happened and what you expected. Avoid emailing footage unless support asks for it and agrees a suitable way to share it.

Privacy, security and abuse reports

Use the subject “Privacy request”, “Security” or “Abuse report” so we can route your message. You can request account closure or media deletion by email, or delete an upload and its results directly in the studio once processing has finished.

Never send passwords, sign-in links, invitation codes, API keys, full payment-card details or other account secrets by email.
